Dear Yerlan Zamanbekovich,

I would like to bring the following to your attention. As a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by virtue of my citizenship, I have rights and, accordingly, I bear responsibilities. Therefore, I consider it my duty to notify you and the authorized state bodies about the socially dangerous behavior of citizens who, feeling impunity and patronage from law enforcement agencies, cause irreparable damage to society and the future of the country, namely the youth, contrary to the law and common sense. On the streets of our neighborhood, young guys don't just die from synthetic drugs, they rot first.

In a living person, muscles separate from bones and we simply lose our youth, sons and daughters in wells in sewers in peacetime. I permanently reside in the city of Almaty and am a native of the southern capital. It's been a long time. ....................., he is an authority figure in the criminal world in the Turksib district of Almaty, is a member of an organized criminal group, and is engaged in patronage of people involved in the illegal possession and distribution of drugs, so to speak, protects Them, and the citizen ..................... He is his accomplice.

In the whole area ......................, He inspires terror and fear among residents as a criminal authority with his criminal jargon and the fact that he constantly carries firearms with him, as well as has connections with law enforcement agencies. This citizen was repeatedly loudly detained by the special services of the city, but for unknown reasons was not brought to justice, and after a while he reappeared in the area, further demonstrating his impunity and connections.
